Crawfish/Shrimp or Chicken Fettuccine

Ingredients:

  • 12 OZ Broad Egg Noodles
  • 2 Pounds of Crawfish, Shrimp, or Chicken
  • 3 Onions
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Jalapeño
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 OZ Velveeta Cheese Original
  • 3 Tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon C4 HOT or NOT Seafood Boil Seasoning
  • C4 HOT/NOT Season-All to Taste

Directions:

  • Boil noodles with 1 tablespoon of C4 seafood seasoning separately.
  • Sauté together onions, garlic, bell pepper, jalapeño in butter, til onions are clear and peppers soft.
  • Mix your cheese, cream, and flour into the sautéed mixture until the cheese is melted, and the ingredients are blended.
  • Then add your meat choice, parsley, and noodles to the mixture and sauté on low for 20–30 minutes.
  • Season to taste with C4 season-all
  • May top with Parmesan cheese

Note: When I use chicken, I boil it with 1 tablespoon of seafood seasoning in the water.
